Pack Strap™ composite cord strap is available in five standard widths – 13 mm (½ inch), 16 mm (⅝ inch), 19 mm (¾ inch), 25 mm (1 inch), and 32 mm (1¼ inch) – covering the full spectrum of light-duty bundling to heavy industrial and export load securing. Each width delivers a specific system breaking strength, scaled to the load requirements of the application. Test certificates are available on request. Pack Strap™ is manufactured from high-tenacity polyester multifilament yarn – the same fibre class used in geosynthetic soil reinforcement – delivering consistent and repeatable breaking strength across all widths. Rust & Chemical Resistant
Pack Strap™ contains zero metal content. Its PP Raffia extrusion sheath is completely impervious to moisture, rust, and most industrial chemicals. It will not corrode, rust, or stain cargo surfaces – making it the preferred choice for painted machinery, polished metals, timber products, food-grade goods, and ocean container transit where steel banding regularly causes irreversible cargo contamination.
