Geosynthetics for Embankment & Channel Protection
Shivoham Fabtech is a leading Manufacturer & Supplier of high-performance geosynthetic reinforcement and protection products. Our high-modulus materials are engineered to stabilize steepened slopes and prevent the long-term degradation of infrastructure due to soil erosion. From highway embankments to canal linings, we provide the heavy duty reinforcement materials required to secure soil masses against gravity and hydraulic forces.
Modern infrastructure often requires construction on steep or unstable terrain where traditional soil strength is insufficient. Shivoham Fabtech manufactures the precise geosynthetic reinforcement and erosion control products required to neutralize the gravitational and hydraulic stresses that cause slope failure and surface washouts, ensuring the permanent stability of sensitive embankments.
Preventing Deep-Seated Slope Failure
Steepened embankments are prone to deep-seated translational failure where the soil mass slides along a shear plane. We manufacture high-tenacity PET Geogrids that are embedded into the soil in layers. These geogrids provide the necessary tensile resistance to “tie back” the soil, allowing for the construction of much steeper embankments (up to 70 degrees) without the risk of catastrophic sliding.
Managing Surface Erosion & Washouts
Runoff from heavy rainfall quickly strips topsoil from unprotected slopes, leading to structural undermining. We manufacture high-density HDPE Geocells (Cellular Confinement Systems) that provide a 3D matrix to lock soil, gravel, or vegetation in place. This prevents the downward migration of particles even on extreme inclines, allowing for rapid vegetation growth and permanent surface protection.
Controlling Hydraulic Channel Scour
In canals, rivers, and drainage channels, high-velocity water flow creates intense scour forces that erode banks and beds. We manufacture specialized Geocomposites and heavy-duty Geocells that act as a flexible, permeable lining. These products dissipate the energy of flowing water and prevent the loss of fine particles, protecting the integrity of the water management infrastructure.
